Completely handmade and handprinted on an old school printing press — all analogue, all the time! 5-layer linocut and monotype fine art print — printed with oil-based inks on archival paper. 

Black/gold/red linocut fist overlayed on a vibrant blue ombre circle. Black paper. One-of-a-kind piece, signed as "1/1" — ‘one of one’.

Each piece is hand-printed on an analog printing press with oil-based inks on archival paper. Several circle layers are printed first in order to create deep saturation and contrast with the black paper. The final circle is a “rainbow roll” done with a monotype plate. The linocut fist is then printed as an overlay to the circle, in this case with three different layers for a gorgeous shadow effect — red base; middle layer of gold; final layer of deep black. The process creates a beautiful embossment of both the fist, and the circle.

This art piece is sold with an included mat.
