Completely handmade and handprinted on an old school printing press — all analogue, all the time! 3-layer linocut and monotype fine art print — printed with oil-based inks on archival paper. 

Matted, three-layer print. Gold and teal linocut Castro Theatre sign overlayed on a rich dark teal/navy ombre circle. One-of-a-kind piece, signed as "1/1" — ‘one of one’.

This art piece is sold with an included mat.

The circle layer is printed first with a “rainbow roll” using a monotype plate. The linocut Castro Theatre sign is then printed as an overlay to the circle, in this case with a teal base and gold overlay. The process creates a beautiful embossment of both the sign and the circle.
