Each piece is hand-printed on an analog printing press with oil-based inks on archival paper. The circle layer is printed first with a “rainbow roll” technique using a monotype plate. The linocut bicep is printed as an overlay on top of the circle, in this case two times in two different color schemes for added depth and saturation. The process creates a beautiful embossment of lettering, figure, and shapes.
Each piece has some variation given the hand-printed nature of the work. Actual colors may vary slightly from the web photos. Small imperfections are a normal function of handprinted works — all work is sold as-is.
Artwork is sold as a loose print *without* a mat or frame.
